Integrated Vertical Arrangement
The vertical layout brings the web-handling stages into a connected construction. Review overall height, threading access and maintenance clearance on the installation drawing.
SLITTING & REWINDING · QFJ-B200
Review an integrated vertical slitter rewinder for smaller finished rolls. The B200 uses air-shaft rewinding with separate magnetic-powder tension control and lists a 200 m/min speed, 700 mm parent-roll diameter and 400 mm finished-roll diameter.

Listed configuration values. Production speed and practical slit pattern depend on the material and the agreed machine setup.
Consider B200 where the required incoming and finished rolls fit a vertical format with magnetic-powder winding-tension control. Compare operator access, threading, core preparation and roll handling against the production routine. Confirm that the specified roll length fits the finished diameter for the actual material thickness.
CONSTRUCTION & CONTROL
The vertical layout brings the web-handling stages into a connected construction. Review overall height, threading access and maintenance clearance on the installation drawing.
The rewind shafts expand inside the cores. Provide core dimensions and material, roll mass and shaft interfaces when assessing gripping and handling requirements.
Each winding shaft uses magnetic-powder tension control. Assess the required roll firmness and material sensitivity across the operating range and diameter build.
The configuration lists a 700 mm incoming diameter and 400 mm finished diameter. Confirm roll weight and removal arrangements in addition to these size limits.
MATERIAL & FINISHED ROLL
For PVC, BOPP, CPP and PET, describe thickness, stretch, coatings and surface sensitivity. Use the intended slit pattern to evaluate the cut and roll build.
Specify grade or complete layer construction and the quality required by the next process. The web path and contact surfaces should suit the actual material.
Include foil grade, thickness, temper and acceptable edge condition. Review handling and cutting without assuming a general configuration meets demanding electronic or battery requirements.
WIDTH & DRIVE CONFIGURATIONS
| Parameter | 1300 configuration | 1800 configuration |
|---|---|---|
| Unwinding width | 1,300 mm | 1,800 mm |
| Listed slitting speed | 200 m/min | 200 m/min |
| Minimum slit width | 20 mm | 20 mm |
| Parent-roll diameter | 700 mm | 700 mm |
| Finished-roll diameter | 400 mm | 400 mm |
| Main motor power | 5.5 kW | 7.5 kW |
Drive powers are individual motor entries, not the total installed electrical load. Confirm voltage, frequency, utilities, roll weight and core interfaces with the proposed supply. Required material thickness and production tolerances are application-specific.
SETUP, OPERATION & ACCEPTANCE
Record incoming width, diameter, mass and core, plus finished widths, cores and target diameters.
Check the vertical threading route, blade-setting positions and operator access before agreeing the installation.
Review magnetic-powder tension settings and air-shaft core engagement. Compare lane behaviour and roll firmness using representative material.
Check dimensions, edge quality and downstream unwind behaviour. Agree finished-roll removal and maintenance requirements for the selected version.
Review the floor plan, service clearance, roll-handling route and utilities before installation. Agree commissioning and operator-training requirements with the proposal. Keep the machine identification, shaft interfaces and blade dimensions available for maintenance and spare-part inquiries.
A200 provides a horizontal alternative with a 1,000 mm parent diameter and 600 mm finished diameter. B500 also has a vertical layout but uses differential rewind shafts and separate servo control at a listed 500 m/min. Match the winding construction and roll sizes to the task before selecting between them.
BEFORE YOU SPECIFY
They describe different winding and control configurations. B200 uses air shafts with magnetic-powder tension control; B500 uses a differential-shaft, servo-controlled arrangement.
Use the full layout, including loading access, threading positions, service clearance and roll removal. The machine body alone does not define the space required.
The configuration on this page lists 400 mm. Submit any larger finished-roll requirement so an appropriate configuration can be reviewed.
Provide the material specification, slit pattern, core sizes, target roll format and the defects or quality criteria that matter at the next production stage.
QUOTATION & SUPPLY SCOPE
Request a QFJ-B200 quotation against your material, working width and finished-roll targets. Identify the selected version, cutting and winding arrangement, loading equipment and controls in the proposed supply.
Ask for standard equipment and optional items to be listed separately. Include commissioning, operator training, documentation and initial spare-part requirements in the discussion.
Provide quantity and destination. Confirm price, currency, delivery basis, packing, production schedule and any excluded freight or import charges in the quotation.
Agree representative material inspection, measurement criteria and supplied configuration before ordering. Confirm warranty terms, installation responsibilities and spare-part support with the proposal.
